
A delicious barrel aged Greek Feta made with goat and sheep milk and marinated in extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Soft and creamy. Delicious on salads, pasta or grilled peppers.
Place some lambs lettuce onto a serving plate and scatter some raspberries amongst the leaves. Cut up the feta and sprinkle over the top with the lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Add a handful or 2 of Emmett's Valencia skin on almonds and a drizzle of our merlot red wine vinegar. Perfect and delicious food for the summer!
