The finest organic bellota jamon from a small producer near Aracena Seville. Lola and Armando only produce 300 jamons per year plus chorizo, loin and pate. The pigs live outdoors all of their lives and are super relaxed. They are fed organic feed, grass and then acorns which drop from the trees in November. It is the richness of the acorns that gives these pigs their distinctive flavour and protein.
