Our smoked ham is initially brined before being gently smoked over beech wood flour in our heritage smokehouses for up to 24 hours. No buttons or dials to control the process-just the weather and the amount of beech wood flour! This results in a classic smoked ham that is ideal for sandwiches and breakfast!
