Use as dips, spread on toast or use a natural flavour for differing dishes. The chilli is very good with a baked potato and yoghurt, pasta dishes or with fish. The garlic is good with little gem lettuce, raspberries, medium rare beef and a dressing!
In tin foil place a small amount of samphire one prawn one mussel one scallop one small piece of salmon and a kumquat cut in two along with a spoon of chilli tapenade. Close the foil and place in a hot oven for a few minutes until cooked.
Once cooked open the foil and serve the fish starter on a white plate.
